Your business insights are private and confidential, and are not made available to any other GTA customer or third party (other than Service Providers). GTA does not access your account unless requested, for support or legal enquiries. Your account may be viewed for training purposes for GTA staff, however no information is exported or changed, and training will be for viewing purposes only.
How We Use Your Information
In sum, GTA uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
- To monitor the usage of our Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
- Marketing purposes and advertisement (including direct marketing).
By removing consent to process your personal information, your ability to access some GTA services will be impeded. In the cases where the removal of consent prevents us from providing our Services to you, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and then if deemed necessary terminate our contractual relations.
We use personal information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on GTA, to provide to you the services offered; resolve service and billing disputes; troubleshoot problems; bill any amounts due from you; measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, events and updates; deliver information to you that, in some cases, is relevant to your interests, such as product news; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our Terms and Conditions; provide you with system or administrative messages, and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
We may also use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze usage, to improve our content and product offerings, and to customize GTA content, layout, and services. These uses improve GTA and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience.
We provide a paid service and integrate with a variety of payment gateways to allow our clients to accept payments. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Transfer of Data to third country
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located within the EU and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data internally within the EU, to North America and/or Australia and process it there.

We do not store credit card or other payment method information. Our payment processors have the sole and complete responsibility for the storage of credit card and payment information. We may also share personal information with our payment processor intermediaries for risk management and fraud prevention.

GTA may disclose your personal information (a) to any governmental authority as part of an investigation to determine our compliance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including privacy laws, rules, and regulations), (b) in response to a court order, subpoena, discovery request, or other lawful judicial or administrative proceeding, (c) as otherwise required under any applicable law, rule, or regulation, and (d) in good faith, to protect or defend the rights or property of GTA and other users and (e) if GTA is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
GTA may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

- To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

GTA strives to protect your personal information. GTA will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
